Payment

If parcel package and weight less than 10kg we will ship by air. Most of countries arrive in 4-6 days. For some remote area up to 12-15 days.

If machine and package over 10kg we will send by sea shipment. North America and European 18-30 days. 

If your parcel not been loading could change address. Send us your order number and correction address, we guide you how to do.

If without OEM and other change. Default send out within 72 hours. On holiday will a few days delay.

Before parcel dispatch you will get email first. Or on order page have tracking information. If you already missing we will arrange second dispatch. If still missing. We will offer local express location and contact number, you could catch by yourselves.

The tracking information will synchronous to your order page. If it showing too long without update or dispatch already, but you didn’t get it. Please contact us shownpong@gmail.com. We will confirm information offer refund or as request send replacement.
