Injection gun mesotherapy with 3 handles for injection, RF microneedling and cooling. It is multi machine with suction, one vacuum pump produce vacuum air for both injection gun and RF microneedling use. So during injection working the RF microneedling can not work at the same time.
Gun mesotherapy
Usually working with 32G 9pin needle, for hyaluronic acid and other liquid beauty serum injection. The inject length range 0.2mm-2.0mm. Could use settle length needle or adjustable length needle. Machine with good sealing, plus good sealing needle will not cause leakage. It is upgrade version of the 3rd generation derma shine pro. Between the needle and vacuum pipe use filter connect could avoid liquid comming into machine body following vacuum suction. Once needle touch skin will create suction to lift skin up so that needle insert do not hurt blood vessel and skin tissue. At the same time leaving empty space for serum. The needle spot very small, once needle leaving skin tissue soon repair do not cause real damage. The beauty serum also leaving on skin dermis do not split out. Mainly for skin hydrating, skin lighting and pores shrink treatment.
RF microneedling
Comparing with injection gun, it is using 10pin for eyes, 25pin needle for facial and nano needle do not cuase any bleeding. Even it is work with vacuum as well. But the needle using to open skin channel so that beauty serum could comming into. Do not carry serum into skin dermis directly. The needle max length 3.0mm, it is deeper than gun mesotherapy. Regarding to the serum without a lot limit. Mainly for pores shrink, scar remove, stretch marks remove and pigment remove treatment.
Cooling hammer
Temperature range -4 ℃ – 45℃ , it is warming and cooling. After injection treatment could use the cooling hammer to do skin clam down help to remove redness and painful.
Needle and filter consumables
The 32G and 34G 9pin needle for injection function. For different area injection could adjust from needle directly. Also the injection gun should work with filter so that liquid won’t comming into machine inside to damage machinery or cause cross infection. The RF microneedling pen work with 10pin, 25pin and nano needle for eyes skin and facial treatment. Needle length max 3.0mm adjustable.
If injection and RF microneedling have same function?
Injection and RF microneedling on this gun mesotherapy all work with vacuum and needle. But the working purpose and serum all different. Injection gun install syringe fill with serum, through vacuum and needle carry serum into skin dermis directly. So it is using injection serum. But RF microneedling needle use to open skin channel so that beauty serum comming into deeper skin dermis. At the sme time RF therapy help for collagen fiber shrink to repaire collagen fiber and pores.

This 4th generation mesotherapy have 3 handles, injection, RF microneedling and coolinng hammer. The 3rd generation only injectin and cooling. The cooling do not connect with machine could work alone. Which means the 3rd actually is single function machine.
