Mesotherapy gun no vacuum usually do not have good sealing. The vacuum pump provide suction and transfer to needle through handle sensor. Once the vacuum environment do not sealing enough, the vacuum will be leaking and cause no vacuum

How to solve mesotherapy gun no vacuum ?

There are mainly 3 major mesotherapy gun in the market. Derma shine pro, hycoox injector and vital injector 2. Each machine have different sensor, filter and connection way. Which means problem solution may different.

Derma Shine Pro

Main machine and handle are separate. The vacuum tube connect to machine air output, plug into sensor spot. Once needle touching skin the sensor will feedback to vacuum pump to provide vacuum. And then motor on handle will pushing thruster giving dosage injection. Any mistake on machine connection, filter connect or needle install will cause vacuum leakage.

To judge dermashine problem as following steps

1. confirm machine vacuum pump sounds normal or in-normal ( if vacuum pump problem leakage coming with weak vacuum ).
2. remove handle and using finger to touch air output to check if have vacuum here.
3. check filter connection. Some filter tube smaller than regular size which cause air leakage.
4. check needle connection. After installing all accessories the needle should touching skin to test. If without skin to seal skin machine won’t provide vacuum

If machine pumps do not work normal have to exchange the vacuum pump. The rest problem could be solved after fix connection problem.

Hycoox Injector

Hycoox main machine and handle are connected can’t separated. On original design hycoox do not work with filter. But on actually working usually add filter to protect machine. One vacuum tube cutting into two piece and install the filter in the middle. So the first step to check problem should remove filter and using vacuum pipe connect to the air input port. Besides, on hycoox screen have vacuum turn on and turn off setting.

There are in total 9 setting, hydro treatment will come with vacuum. But BOTOX, LIPO treatment do not provide vacuum. The solution way

1. check screen setting, turn on vacuum selection
2. exchange injection model to hydra
3. remove filter
4. select auto-sensor working model replace pedal

After confirm above operation all correct normal machine will work. If still can’t work could only replace vacuum pump.

Vital injector 2 – mesotherapy gun no vacuum

It is different as other mesotherapy gun machine because unique filter and needle setting. Vital injector 2 filter have two spot do not need any plastic tube connection. Handle and machine connection by whole pipe, the checking method more simple.

1. replace filter
2. clean the bottom cotton ball and clean back plastic dirty collection bottle.
3. install needle and test again.
4. must judge machine vacuum pump working voice normal or not.

If above problem can not solved should disassemble the handle and clean inside. Sitll can’t solve have to replace handle but not machine.

Mesotherapy gun no vacuum should replace handle or main machine?

Different mesotherapy gun have different setting. Some machine vacuum pump install on handle and part of machine install into main machine.
