But vacuum machine without filter means serum and liquid easy to arrive machine body following vacuum suction. Machine can not durable on usage. So we guide clients cut the vacuum tube into two pieces and install filter in the middle to prevent machine.
Derma shine pro needle length range 0.2mm to 2.0mm adjustable. In general setting 1.0-1.2mm for facial injection. Some times scalp injection also using 0.8mm.
Vital injector 2 needle and filter
Vital injector 2 is another series mesotherapy gun with unique needle and filter design. Which means not easy to buy and high cost. This type machine using 31g 5pin or 32G 9pin needle. The needle length also range 0.2-2.0mm. Besides, the first generation vital injector and the 2nd generation also using different needle.

Sometimes machine with leakage. But almost all leakage cause by needle but not machine. Only vacuum suction power decided by machine. In usual needle length over 1.0mm will not leaking. But cheap needle without good sealing will cause leakage. The needle pin not hard enough will easy to curly and making skin scratch.
